The MAP Experience

The MAP Experience includes administering
a single maturity profile for each individual
followed by a debrief with a certified coach.
The MAP experience involves gaining deeper-level
insights applicable over a much
longer period than most other assessments
used today.

plus a package of follow-up coaching
sessions that support clients making

The MAP D-ROI process includes taking
the MAP before and after a structured
learning program. The D-ROI report provides

VeDA offers a two-and-a-half day public
workshop for leaders (for participants

ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES

VeDA’s network of consultants and coaches brings deep expertise in partnering with clients to integrate a vertical development approach into their strategic initiatives and organizational culture. We offer recommendations that require engaging with other service providers, such as the Leadership Circle 360 or Holacracy. However, these other services are introduced to our clients always with the added value of our vertical development perspective. In other words, we present other services using the lens of stage development and suggest ways to adapt them for a better fit and better outcomes.
